Can you supply the wallpaper, or do I buy it?
Either works. Most customers choose and buy their own paper so they get exactly the design they love, and we are happy to advise on quantities and how it will hang. We can also source paper for you if you prefer. Just let us know the design and we will calculate the rolls needed.
How long does wallpapering take?
A single feature wall is usually a day, including preparation. A full room typically takes two to three days, depending on the height of the walls, the complexity of the pattern and whether the walls need lining first. Intricate hand-printed and heritage papers take longer because they cannot be rushed.
Do my walls need lining first?
It depends on their condition. Lining paper gives a smooth, uniform surface and is well worth it on older or uneven walls, or before hanging a delicate or dark paper. During your quote we will assess the walls and tell you honestly whether lining is needed for the best result.
